Description
BioSc contains infective juveniles of Steinernema carpocapsae, which is an Entomopathogenic nematode.
These nematodes are highly effective in controlling insect pests, as they actively search for larvae and invade them through natural body openings, injecting bacteria that develop within the insect and cause septicemia, resulting in the insect’s death within 2-3 days. After the insect’s demise, the nematodes reproduce inside the dead larva, and thousands of new nematodes emerge, searching for additional prey.
