BioCeres® EC is a certified organic emulsifying bioinsecticide based on the entomopathogenic fungus Beauveria bassiana of the ANT-03 strain. This fungus is naturally present in the soil and attacks several species of pests.
BioCeres® EC works by contact. It sticks to the pest insects cuticule (skin) for them to get infected and then cause their deaths. Applications of BioCeres EC in a vegetable production allows to reduce the presence of pests. The repressive effect is noticeable after 5 to 7 days.

BioCeres® EC Bioceres EC is used as prevention or at the first signs of pests. This product can be applied with manual or boom pulverising equipment. Always prepare a new solution for each treatment (does not keep). Many treatments may be needed to reduce the pests presence in the culture.
Apply BioCeres® WP when the ambient humidity is above 60% and the temperature is between 18 to 29 ºC. Spray in the evening to reduce the risk of spore degradation by UV rays. To control whiteflies and aphids, spray under the leaves where insects are mostly present.
Application frequency and Timing
Reapply within a 7-day interval. In case of pest outbreak, the product can be used every 3-5 days. Multiple applications may be required to reduce numbers of target pests. There is no limit on number of applications.

BioCeres EC can be kept up to 18 months un a refrigerator at 4C. Make sure to really tighten the lid after using to avoid a drop of efficiency. Keep at 4C. This biopesticide contains live spores of the fungus Beauveria bassiana. The spores can be damaged by storage temperature above 25C or by contact with water for more than 24 hours.
The waiting time before harvesting is zero (0) days and so, it can be applied until the harvesting day.
A good greenhouse monitoring takes 45 minutes/acre and saves money during the season.
